UNC Charlotte is a school where very one is welcome, and there is something that each individual can get involved with. Like many other schools you have the fraternities, sororities, and the athletes, but what is unique about UNC Charlotte is that this school offers over 350 organizations that students can get involved in. What is your overall opinion of this school? The University of North Carolina at Charlotte is a big school but it wont make you feel like your are invisible. There are opportunities for everyone, from rec sports, to robotics clubs. That was what attracted me to UNC Charlotte and it is also why I feel it is the best university in the state.

UNCC is a good school. I know several of my son's friends go there & I have a cousin that attends UNCC. FYI, Belmont Abbey College, which is 10 miles from Charlotte, has a Motorsports Management program you might want to look into as well. I am going to review the UNCC computer science program from a parent prospective. I have not been the one who sits in the classes, I only get to hear about what my son has experienced while on campus but I think this perspective is still important as parents consider programs for their children.

The Track & Field team boasted the most decorated athlete in school history, Shareese Woods. While at UNC Charlotte (2003-2007) she became a four time All American, placing 4th at multiple NCAA Championships, and breaking 12 school records. I participated in the co-op program which really helped jump start my career in the field. Charlotte CS is a very solid program with vast resources to enable success. I am not from Charlotte and I do not live in Charlotte now but it was a perfect fit for me at the time and now the university has grown and developed so much since then.
